Our office is at Office 2, Stirchley House, Reddicap Trading Estate, Sutton Coldfield, B75 7BU. From there we can look after homes and small businesses across Sutton Coldfield and the surrounding West Midlands, on site, remotely, or at the office by arrangement.
This page exists to answer one question properly: do we come to you? For the places named below the answer is yes, and the practical detail matters more than the label on the map. These are the suburbs around the office, so a callout is a drive across town rather than an expedition.
If the place you live or trade in is not named here, ring anyway. Remote support has no boundary at all, so if the machine can still get online we can usually take a look at it wherever it happens to be sitting. A visit is a conversation rather than a rule, and it costs you nothing to ask. What we will not do is claim every corner of the West Midlands as though geography had stopped applying.
Wherever you are on this page, the help comes from that one office, on that one phone number. There is no second branch, no depot and no local outpost anywhere on the list, so the address you see here is the only address there is.

How the help actually reaches you
Wherever you are on this page, help arrives in one of three ways, and which one suits you is usually clear as soon as you describe the problem.
We come out to the address, which suits anything physical: a machine that will not start, a router sitting in the worst possible spot, a new computer to set up properly. We connect remotely, which suits anything that is really software: settings, email, a program misbehaving, a laptop that has slowed to a crawl. Or you bring the machine to the office by arrangement, which suits a repair that needs time on a bench. Ring first either way, so we can agree a time before you set off.
