We do not track you

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We are not building a profile of you, we are not following you around the web, and we are not sharing your browsing with advertisers.

Our visitor counting does not use cookies

We do count how many people visit each page, using Vercel Web Analytics. It is worth being clear about how that works, because most websites do this with cookies and then have to interrupt you with a banner about it.

This one sets no cookies at all. It stores nothing on your device, does not store your IP address, and cannot recognise you on another website. That is the reason you have not been asked to accept anything: there is nothing to accept. Our privacy policy sets out exactly what it does record.

Strictly necessary cookies

The only cookies that might be set are strictly necessary ones that the platform hosting this site may use to keep the site secure and working correctly, for example to help protect against automated abuse. These do not identify you and are not used for marketing. Because they are essential to the site working, we are allowed to use them without asking first.

Managing cookies in your browser

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, and set your browser to warn you before a cookie is stored. If you block essential cookies, some parts of the site may not work as expected. Your browser's help pages explain how to do this for the browser you use.

If this changes

If we ever start using cookies that are not strictly necessary, for advertising, for analytics or for anything else, we will add a cookie banner asking for your consent first, and we will update this page to explain what those cookies do and how to turn them off.
