We help homes and small businesses in Sutton Coldfield and the surrounding West Midlands. What we collect and why

This website does not collect any personal information from you. There is no contact form, no sign-up, and no account to create. You can read every page without giving us anything at all.

We only hold personal information when you choose to contact us directly, by calling us on 0121 330 0902 or emailing us at coldfield.it@mail.com. In that case we hold whatever you tell us, which is usually your name, your contact details and a description of the problem you need help with.

We use those details for one purpose only: to reply to you and to help with the work you have asked about. We do not use them for anything else. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our services.

Hosting and email

This website is hosted by Vercel, which runs the servers that serve these pages to your browser. Like most web hosts, Vercel keeps standard server logs for security and reliability. If you email us, your message is handled by our email provider in the ordinary way that email works.

What we do not do

• We never sell your information.
• We do not share it with anyone else, except the email provider that delivers your message to us and where the law requires us to.
• We do not add you to a marketing list or send you marketing without your clear consent.
• This website does not run advertising or third party tracking.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry only for as long as we need it to help you and to keep a sensible record of the work or advice we provided. When it is no longer needed, we delete it. If you ask us to remove your details sooner, we will.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, and to ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email us at coldfield.it@mail.com. We will respond within one month.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can raise it with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk. We would ask that you contact us first so we can try to put things right.
